Her background as one of the founding VP’s of Bank of America’s Veterinary Finance division has given her a broad range of industry knowledge and hands on transaction experience with every component of the buying/selling process. She has mastered education in Real Estate Law, Appraisals, Escrow, Real Estate Economics, and Commercial Finance. Melisa brings a passion for creating a win-win experience for both parties in the transition and a dedication to exceptional, no nonsense service.
